If there's one thing that I miss terribly...

it's my friends.

Lately life has taken over.  Between work, caring for Potato, and cleaning up the apartment I haven't had time for much more.  Even when I leave Seattle and head to Tri-Cities it seems I don't have time for ANYTHING!

This weekend I am heading back to the Tri.  I have Friday off, and Potato has his vet appointment to get his stitches out.  The weekend is still a few days away and I already feel stressed about what little time I will have.  I will get into Thursday night, and have a little time to drop off Tator, visit with the family, and then say hi to a couple friends before they leave town for the weekend.  Then Friday it's up early for Potato's vet appointment, off to Yakima for my sisters State dance competition, to dinner for a friends birthday, and a night with the boy.  Followed by hopefully a relaxing Saturday with the boy, dinner with the family, and a night at the Roxy.  And then before you know it, BAM, its Sunday and time to head back to Seattle.

Living 300 miles away from the people that mean the most to you is hard.  You feel like your missing out on everything, the shoulder you would cry on becomes replaced with a text message of semi colons and parenthesis that are suppose to express your emotions, and the conversations become spread out phone calls once a week.

I hope my friends and family know that there's not a day that goes by that I don't miss and think about them.  As a matter of fact, the majority of my thoughts concern them.  I hope that someday I will be able to relax with everybody and not have to worry about when the next time I come into town will be.  Traveling is expensive, and time consuming, and totally not fun when its time to return to the lonely little apartment in Bellevue.

I love you guys - I miss you guys - and I can't wait to get home.
